I’m a nonprofit leader, founder, and consultant with over 15 years of experience designing programs, building teams, and guiding mission-driven organizations through growth and change. I’ve worked across sectors- education, workforce development, and social enterprise- always with a focus on equity, impact, and sustainability. I started this consulting practice because I know how hard this work can be, and how powerful it is when done well. I’m here to be a thought partner, a sounding board, and a champion for people doing good work in a complicated world.
